Jeff runs  www.2beacop.com  and has taught Recruiting nationwide. Church also has some expertise and input on viable options for true civilian oversight of law enforcement. Review Board and Auditors do not work. There are options. Jeff is also considered an expert on Homeless Issues and Solutions.

Sgt Jeff Church (Ret) is a former San Diego County Deputy Sheriff- a great organization. He is also a retired USAF Lieutenant Colonel (Reserve Commission)- Intelligence. Jeff holds two college degrees, one with honors, he graduated as Valedictorian of his Reno Police Academy. Jeff is a published author on various law enforcement issues including Recruiting, Police Oversight, Homeless, USERRA-Military Leave, and Special Events Management. Jeff ran the Reno PD HELP (homeless program) and was board president of a 24/7/365 Homeless Center (501c3). He is available to consult on Recruiting or Homeless.

As of January, 2020, it is believed that Jeff will be serving as a board member of his local school board, overseeing a $1 Billion budget and the safety & education of 64,000 students.
